In December 2014, CDG Invest Growth exited JUICE AND NECTAR PARTNERS (JNP), the latest investment of the Accès Capital Atlantique Maroc S.A (ACAMSA) Fund.
The withdrawal of JNP, a producer of organic juice mainly for export, was carried out to the benefit of the HOLMARCOM Group, a major operator in the Moroccan economy.

This sale operation enabled the Fund to achieve a new success story. The acquisition of a stake in JNP, Ex-FRUMAT was carried out as part of a takeover at the Court of Casablanca.
