CDG Invest Growth’s offices at Casa Finance City have been awarded LEED Gold certification (LEED v4 ID+C), issued by the U.S. Green Building Council, one of the most demanding and widely recognized green building standards in the world.

This certification was granted on the basis of six assessment categories:

  • Location & Transportation Our premises are located at the heart of Casa Finance City, in close proximity to public transport infrastructure, actively reducing the carbon footprint of daily commuting.
  • Energy & Atmosphere Optimized energy performance integrating renewable energy sources and alternative solutions to reduce overall consumption and environmental impact.
  • Water Efficiency Water management systems enabling efficient treatment and a measurable reduction in overall water use.
  • Materials & Resources Interior fit-out materials selected on the basis of their reduced environmental impact, from sourcing through end-of-life.
  • Indoor Environment Quality High indoor air quality standards, effective control of indoor pollutants, and enhanced fresh air supply for occupant wellbeing.
  • Innovation Design and fitout strategies that go beyond the standard requirements of the LEED framework, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement.

This certification is independently verified by a third-party assessor , the same standard of rigor we apply to our portfolio companies: measure, verify, improve.
