CDG Invest Growth invests in the capital of companies in Morocco and Africa

CDG Invest Growth Partners with Dislog Medical Devices to Build a National Leader in Morocco’s Medical Device Sector

CDG Invest Growth has invested in Dislog Medical Devices (DMD), a leading player in Morocco’s medical device sector and a subsidiary of Dislog Group. The investment was carried out through Capmezzanine III, CDG Invest Growth’s fourth fund, alongside co-investor Mediterrania Capital Partners.

The transaction, completed through a capital increase, marks a key step in DMD’s development. It builds on the build-up strategy already launched successfully by Dislog Group, with the shared ambition of building a national and regional leader in medical devices. This is CDG Invest Growth’s fifth investment in the healthcare sector.
