CDG Invest Growth invests in the capital of companies in Morocco and Africa

Jet Alu Maroc annonce une nouvelle acquisition en France

Dans un communiqué publié aujourd’hui, Jet Alu Maroc, société cotée à la Bourse de Casablanca, annonce la reprise, suite à une décision du tribunal de commerce de Créteil (France), de la société Silver Construction (spécialisée dans les métiers de la serrurerie, la métallerie et la maintenance). L’opération, dont le montant s’élève à 130 000 euros, vient ainsi conforter la position de Jet Alu en France, cette dernière ayant acquis il y a quelques mois l’entreprise Leblanc SAS (devenue depuis Jet Alu Ex Leblanc). A noter que le groupe s’attend, sur une période de 3 ans, à un chiffre d’affaires en France de plus de 50 millions d’euros (pour les 2 entités confondues).
