CDG Invest Growth Partners with Dislog Medical Devices to Build a National Leader in Morocco’s Medical Device Sector

CDG Invest Growth has invested in Dislog Medical Devices (DMD), a leading player in Morocco’s medical device sector and a subsidiary of Dislog Group. The investment was carried out through Capmezzanine III, CDG Invest Growth’s fourth fund, alongside co-investor Mediterrania Capital Partners.

The transaction, completed through a capital increase, marks a key step in DMD’s development. It builds on the build-up strategy already launched successfully by Dislog Group, with the shared ambition of building a national and regional leader in medical devices. This is CDG Invest Growth’s fifth investment in the healthcare sector.

Hassan Laaziri, CEO of CDG Invest Growth, stated: “This is our fifth investment in healthcare and a further step in our commitment to the sector’s growth in Morocco. We are proud to support Dislog Group, whose vision and execution capabilities have helped build a leading player in medical devices.

Moncef Belkhayat, Chairman and CEO of Dislog Group, added: “Our goal is to build a leading player in medical devices, with a broader offering serving both public and private healthcare, first in Morocco and then across Africa.

CDG Invest Growth was advised on this transaction by DLA Piper (legal counsel).
