CDG Invest Growth Completes Its Exit from Maymana

CDG Invest Growth announces the exit of Capmezzanine II Fund from Maymana, a leading player in high-end pastry, bakery, catering and fine grocery in Morocco, alongside the entry of Adenia Partners into the company’s capital.

Founded in 1985 in Rabat by Naima Berrada Benchekroun, Maymana is a leading FMCG player promoting Moroccan culinary traditions both locally and abroad. It has built a strong brand recognized for its quality standards, innovation and customer loyalty.

Capmezzanine II Fund invested in Maymana in 2018 and supported the company in the execution of its development projects, notably through the expansion of its network of points of sale, the structuring of its organization and financial processes, and the reinforcement of its governance standards.

This transaction marks the successful completion of a value creation cycle with Maymana, during which these initiatives enabled the company to consolidate its market position and accelerate its expansion across Morocco and internationally, and opens a new phase of development for the company alongside Adenia Partners.
