In 2026, CDG Invest Growth invested alongside Yassine Bounou (Moroccan international football player) in ATA Value Capital, the holding company of Little Mamma Group, a leading Moroccan restaurant group.

Founded in 2016, the group operates nearly 30 restaurants across Morocco under the Little Mamma, Big Nonna, Duo Café, Zay Paratha, and Lucciano’s brands, through a combination of company-owned and franchised locations.

The group benefits from a highly integrated vertical model, including a dairy manufacturing facility, a prepared-meals production laboratory, as well as a dedicated agricultural operation.

This investment supports the group’s strategic growth plan, focused on accelerating the expansion of its existing brands, launching new concepts, and strengthening its position as a leading national restaurant group.
