CDG Invest Growth invests in the capital of companies in Morocco and Africa

CDG Invest Growth partners with Little Mamma Group to support its growth and expansion in Morocco

CDG Invest Growth has invested in Little Mamma Group, a leading player in Morocco’s foodservice sector, through Capmezzanine V, FPCC-RFA Fund. The transaction was completed through a combination of a share acquisition and a capital increase, resulting in the acquisition of a minority stake in ATA Value, the Group’s holding company.

Founded by three ambitious entrepreneurs, Little Mamma Group has developed into a fast-growing multi-brand foodservice platform, operating several restaurant concepts in Morocco, including Little Mamma, Big Nonna, Duo Café, Zay Paratha and Lucciano’s.

This investment will support Little Mamma Group’s next phase of growth, with a focus on expanding its existing brands, launching new restaurant concepts and further strengthening its vertical integration.

The transaction was completed on July 27, 2026, and also marks the entry of Yassine Bounou as a minority shareholder, alongside Capmezzanine V, FPCC-RFA Fund and the Group’s founding shareholders.
