CDG Invest Growth invests in the capital of companies in Morocco and Africa

Hassan Laaziri elected President of AMIC

We are thrilled to announce that the Association Marocaine des Investisseurs en Capital (AMIC) has appointed a new Board of Directors, which unanimously elected Mr. Hassan Laaziri as President.

The members of the Board of Directors are now:

    • Mr. Hassan Laaziri, CEO of “CDG Invest Growth”, as President;
    • Mr. Tarik Haddi, CEO of “Azur Innovation Management,” as Vice President;
    • Ms. Khaoula Ramdi, CEO of “Upline Investments” as Treasurer;
    • Mr. Nabil Hayat, Director at “Attijari Capital Management”;
    • Ms. Meriem Zairi, Managing Partner at “EmergingTech Ventures”;
    • Mr. Hatim Ben Ahmed, Managing Partner at “Mediterrania Capital Partners”; and
    • Mr. Omar Bekkali, Partner at Private Equity Initiatives.

    The two observers on the Board are:

      • Mr. Bassim Jaï Hokimi, CEO of “Atlamed Capital”; and
      • Mr. Mohammed Nasset, Managing Director of “Red Med Capital Private Equity”.

      Under the leadership of this new Board, we are confident that AMIC will continue to thrive and promote the growth of Private Equity in Morocco.
